Tasked with constructing a pile foundation walkway, jetty, and boat shed on the gorgeous Lake Rotoiti, we navigated the challenges of building over water while strictly adhering to D.O.C. restrictions and council requirements.

The 64m² boat shed, clad in black corrugated iron, is both functional and secure. A large 6m roller door ensures the safety of the boats housed inside. The interior features a 1m walkway on either side, providing ample space for two boats. The walls are lined with marine ply, and smart lighting enhances usability both day and night.
